剧情：On a stormy night, when Louisa Oxley, an old friend of the family, visited Miss Maple for help, Miss Maple decided to send her and her son Archie to the safety zone in the maze like manor of Greenshaw Welfare. The manor was owned by Catherine Greenshaw, Miss Maple's good friend. She was an eccentric botanist and the last surviving Greenshaw. Louisa became Miss Greenshaw's secretary and quickly caught the attention of gardener Alfred Pollock and actor Nate Fletcher. When Folly's loyal butler Walter Cracken died in a tragic accident, things became dangerous. Then, one of the guests at home, Horace Bindler, disappeared without a trace. Miss Marple was convinced that everyone was unwell, and when Miss Greenshaw herself was brutally murdered, her suspicions were confirmed. Suspects are everywhere, but no one can imagine Miss Maple revealing the secrets of the past and present.
